About Me
Hi there!
Welcome to my world through the lens! I'm a passionate photographer based in the vibrant city of New York, weaving visual tales that traverse continents and capture the essence of diverse cultures.
Raised in both the UK and the USA, my childhood was a tapestry of travels, exposing me to a myriad of landscapes, people, and experiences that continue to shape my artistic vision.
My photographic journey began with a gift from my grandmother—an old Kodak camera that sparked my fascination with freezing moments in time on film. From those early days, I honed my skills as a visual storyteller, blending my background as a graphic designer with the power of the camera. It was a journey of discovery, exploring scenes and subjects that spoke to me and discovering the profound impact an image could carry.
The scope of my work is as diverse as my upbringing, ranging from capturing the soul of far-off lands like Brazil, Peru, Mexico, and Iceland to documenting the raw beauty found in everyday life. Whether immersed in the bustling energy of a foreign market, capturing the serene landscapes of remote destinations, or freezing a candid moment in the streets of New York, my goal is to encapsulate the essence of each experience.
I firmly believe in the art of documenting the moment, finding beauty in the fleeting instances that make up the tapestry of our lives. Each photograph tells a story, a visual narrative that transcends language and resonates universally.
As a member of the Soho Photo Gallery collective, I've had the privilege of showcasing my work in the heart of New York City.
The vibrant artistic community at Soho Photo Gallery has been a source of inspiration and a platform to share my unique perspective with fellow enthusiasts.
I invite you to explore this collection of photographs, a labor of love that reflects the joy and fulfillment I find in the art of photography. Join me in celebrating the beauty of moments frozen in time, and I hope you derive as much joy from viewing these images as I have from capturing them.
